There's a lot of variables to consider. This gun is what? An unmodified GI rifle, other than it has a scope; or is it sported? What ammo are you using. Old WWII GI surplus, new commercial ammo or reloads tailored for that rifle?
With my GI eqiv. match loads I can, on a good day, shoot a bit under 3" @ 200 off the bench with my unmodified (no scope ) SC. I would suppose that if she were scoped I could tighten things up a bit. With my M-2 eqiv. reloads shoot a larger group but I can still take out clay birds @ 200 without missing any.

    03a3

I never measured the groups, but I've shot my CMPicon 03A3 in reduced course high power matches, and it shoots a whole lot better than I do. I've never shot it off a sandbag with
military ammo, but I'd be surprised if it shot groups much bigger than an inch and a half at 100 yards.
