    Seemingly all original 1916 BSA.

Have been away from the Lee Enfield scene for a bit too long ( kinda got sidetracked by Lebels ) Found this 100 year old beauty in the local pawn shop two days ago. It is a 1916 BSA Sht LE III*, and it does indeed appear to be 100% original. Bolt, receiver, matching 1916 dated barrel ( with an excellent bore ) nosecap, and rear sight. Even the stock is a match. No crossed out numbers, no FTR, no import marks whatsoever. It does have faint traces of OD paint here and there. Very happy to have found it, check out the pics!

Very nice. Tough to come by in that original shape.
