    No, but with the proliferation of fake parts out there, I was just curious. Personally, I think they are genuine but definitely did not have the expertise or experience to say for sure. Thanks!

    They do look real, but it looks like possible stake marks on the dovetail, especially on the left rear corner. I think I can see another stake mark, but won't say for due to the lack of clear pictures.

    I also think I am seeing a round 'crater' punch mark that was used for the adjustable sight on the forward dovetail. BUT, the sight shown appears to be 'real' and aged exactly as expected for the rest of the carbine. If that exists, it would be a condition that would be impossible on a carbine in service configuration.
