Locally we have a flight of 5 T-6 Texans that do skywrighting duty over the area beaches during the summer months. They're maintained in WWII livery and appear in spring and fall airshows throughout the region.
I don't know whether it is the sheer weight of the B-25 model or superb handling but that is about as close to real ground and take off performance of a larger plane as I've ever seen in a model.
