    Nazi Visor

Can anyone confirm that this is fire protection and possibly give an estimated value? Any help is appreciated.

    Thumbs up

Yep, you got it right - enlisted. Looks to be in pristine condition.
Not my line of interest so Can't give a reasonable price estimate.
What is the G/K 43 it is trying to hide?

Thanks Sarge. It is a ac44 in decent enough condition I suppose. Missing cleaning rod and front sight hood

Not a flag, it's a banner. Is it one sided or 2?

It's both sides, he's shown us...look at the hole... I wonder if it would be more valuable to repair the tear carefully or that would actually take from value?

    Thumbs down

Even if he knew how the hole got there I believe it would be a mistake to try to repair it.

I see your point. Many would rather have it just as is. It probably won't help with value anyway.
