C&R License - Is over 2 weeks Normal Just to Get Application Booklet?

Well going on 7 weeks now, still haven't received it. Has anyone submitted an application since Obama was sworn in?

Pdawg, send me a personal e-mail with your mailing address and I will send you one. I mistakenly sent away for a new license application (which I received in two weeks) but I also received a renewal for my current license. I will mail the new license application to you. Mail the completed application to the address listed at the top of the back page. Good luck. Mike

It has arrived. It included a letter stating that additional regulatory information would arrive within 10 days. So it looks like took around 6-7 weeks to get receive it, once it was submitted.
