    The Bayonets of KRAG

    The versatile Model of 1898 (Krag-Jorgenson) was able to adapt to the changing times by simply modifying its bayonet apparel. Listed below is the US KRAG bayonets throughout the 20th Century.
    1. Standard bayonet for the Model of 1898 US KRAG.

    More "tongue in cheek" than serious but it does show what bayonets fit the Krag and therefore fit the 1903 and M1icon (last bayonet not withstanding).

    US Academy West Point used the Krag cadet bayonet on Krag, 03 and M1 until 1960s when the M14icon was issued.
