Easter Egg from the South Store

I picked up a 5.8 SA Service grade at the south store yesterday, nothing special including the ho hum late war/post war op rod - until ten minutes ago when I unstocked the critter.

Apparently I picked up a square cut Winchester op rod on my service grade, never seen one of these beasties before.

    Difficult to find operating rods

A squard cut WRA late op rod is always difficult to find even with the relief cut it is still worth alot to the Win 13 collector.

Here is a photo of a rev 0 op rod which is also hard to locate

Yes, it is the rather rare Win 13 op rod. Very nice Easter Egg.

Yep that's a really sweet op rod, actually the rev 0 op rod is the one I keep looking for when I buy a rifle but no joy so far

No revision 2 here but I do have a revision 1. I'm sure you have at least one of those as well.
