Not so much out of step, more anticipating the command. Notice how they are rocking on their heels?
2 years of ROTC Drill Team, learned a lot of useless information on close order drill, but man, could I do a lot of push ups.

Look at the extreme right man, eyes on camera and you see the bolt handle of a 1903... I'm still trying to figure out what's happening, looks like marking time, or is it Forward march? No bayonets on the file in the center and forward of them? Odd...
