Using Cordite From Dud Rounds

I am expecting some Pakistan POF (Possibility of Firing) in .303 British. This is known as crap ammo with delayed ignition and many duds.
Would it be safe to pull the bullet and cordite and reload both in boxer primed brass? I have no intention to retain the paper wade over the cordite.

Yes, use the wad too, why not? It takes a second to push it in there.

I did that very thing recently when I had ammo I knew would likely be dud or at best hangfire. I didn't use the over powder wad and don't know if it made a difference, but the most were as much smack as new factory. There were a few that had less than stellar reaction, as in a bit less recoil. All worked just as intended after transferring the loads to new primed cartridges.

I wouldn't, not from any safety perspective, simply because cordite is known to burn hotter and be more erosive to the throat of your barrel.

I would pull the bullets and re use them (true MkVII spec bullets are hard/impossible to get) and use the cordite as emergency fire starter.

I doubt he's talking about that much ammo, really...not likely thousands. Personally, I did about 130 rds. It was lots of work...

Fiddling with cordite ammo is more trouble than it's worth. Moreso than fiddling with Berdan primers.

Not if you're as cash strapped as I am. It saves coin and that's what I have to do.

What ever way you go as long as you get to shoot and have fun who cares how you achieve it and if it saves $'s then go for it shooting today has become a rather expensive pass time no matter who you are glad I do not own a Vickers or worst still a Dillion - Aerospace mini gun say 3 years loading rounds for 1-2 minutes of fun (@6000 Rounds/Min)

As a reloader for over 40 years I never had the desire to own full auto even though I had many opportunities. Shoot for 30 minutes and spend the remainder of the week reloading.
