Thanks in advance everyone!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. L42A1 N34858 sold at auction by the Burley Auction Group, New Braunfels, Texas, USAicon 2023-12-09 for USD $5,000 plus 25% Buyer's Premium. Replica No. 8 Mk. I case, but L42A1 transit chest appeared to be original. There were some errors in the auction description and it sat at $2,000 for the longest time. I already have an L42A1 with EIS and the end of the auction, the bidding went beyond my bid level. So much for being a sleeper bargain!

Another one to add to the list.

Enforcer Serial No 527 with its original matching scope numbered 527

Issued to Exeter Police in 1979.

Matching numbers but never fitted with a Bipod

Someone had a sequentially numbered pair of Envoys for sale here recently in original condition.

L42A1 Rifle _38303 (no prefix letter legible in photos) with matching scope 17786. Does it appear on the L42A1 list?

This rifle set was listed for sale in Texas on Gunbroker.com in June 2024. Chest, marked "B COY / 2RRF / 4 of 13" though I do not know if chest is numbered on a label to match this rifle. Chest appears to have complete contents though spotting scope has a separate attached small case for an alternate eyepiece so its model is not known as the Scout Regiment Telescope Mk. II S did not have an alternate eyepiece as far as I know. An IWS night vision scope bag was shown, but its contents, if any, were neither described nor shown. It was listed at USD $12,000 with only 9 photos and very little decription, and not surprisingly, it did not sell.
