I've just placed a deposit on 049, after many years of wanting and enforcer I've finally been in a position to acquire one.
L42A1 N34858 sold at auction by the Burley Auction Group, New Braunfels, Texas, USA 2023-12-09 for USD $5,000 plus 25% Buyer's Premium. Replica No. 8 Mk. I case, but L42A1 transit chest appeared to be original. There were some errors in the auction description and it sat at $2,000 for the longest time. I already have an L42A1 with EIS and the end of the auction, the bidding went beyond my bid level. So much for being a sleeper bargain!
