Just a guess, but someone probably needed it and the other S Prime parts for sale to either complete or come close to completing their latest project. A nice windfall for someone parting out the treasures occasionally found in a mixmaster. Imagine how much one might spend on correcting an S Prime vs. just waiting and finding one in original condition.
