    Sellier & Bellot Boxer Primers

Anyone have experience, or comments, about Sellier & Bellot primers, either large or small rifle primers? Never tried them, but could be another source for primers.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. I have a feeling that they are making primers now for Winchester as they are making more and more of the ammo for Winchester.

At the moment, the only source I know where to get them is Sinclair International in Iowa. No bargain at $36.00 per M for LR and SR.

Welcome to Sinclair International's Online Store

As I said it's a feeling. Winchester has been using S&B to make a lot of their ammo now. S&B uses a brass colored primer and Winchester till the past couple of years has always been a nickle plated primer and now the Winchester primers are the same brass color. Just seems to fit with the fact that more and more of Winchesters ammo is being made by S&B. Other then their shotgun shells Winchester seems to be slowly getting out of their own ammo production. They had already given Hogdon the sole right to market their powders and now it seems there are reports that have sold the powder line to Hogdons. How true that is I don't know but I woldn't be surprised by it.
