They are around £500 GBP this end if that helps.

Are these the same metal chests that AI used? Different layout of course. Ron(Canadaicon)

I have one, in Black, which could be re-foamed and painted Green. I have shipped them to the US before, so Canadaicon is no problem.

    Ron,
Absolutely correct. My original one was cut for an AI. When you get one, let me know and I'll send you the layout for your local foam/case manufacturer to cut it out for you and drop straight in. Leave the foam as is in the lid.

    Ron,
You have two options. The last is if you can't find the alluminium M85 chest.
Photo one is the Parker Hale chest with an AI rifle in it the second ditto, thrid M85 pucker layout and last one in a Peli case

Please could you send me the layout for the foam for an M85. I've got an L96A1 transit chest but want to use it for my M85.

    Many thanks

    Ron/Nigel,

Here is the Parker Hale Military foam cut measurements. All measurements are in inches.
Measurements taken are from under the lip that surrounds the case and are taken from the extreme outer edges. Not to scale, leaving you to move the rifle left or right as per your wishes with your foam cutter.
I would suggest thumb holes on either side of mags and the rifle which I have had cutout in mine, otherwise longterm use, trying to prize your items out causes damage to the foam.

I have provided you with the PH layout image with the measurements written on them and also provide you with a clear layout as best I can, as I can't find the proper sheet.
Apologies boys, hope this is OK.

    Ron,
Its the screw on head for the rods on the left, although I have seen the PH telescope tripod in there and the one piece and the scope in the spare area at the bottom. User choice mate, as I prefer the one piece PH made for 7.62.
