New M1910 Markings Question?

Hello! I was hoping for some info on my new M1910. Its an interesting gun, absolutely clogged with cosmoline and definitely not fired in many years. I would be interested if anyone knows the significance of the 33 over the stamp on the butt, or any of the other markings? Thanks!

The markings (dates?) on the buttstock appear to be 5-43, 9-GB, and 6-19. Does this make sense?
