This picture was part of a larger slide show of military pictures currently making the e-mail rounds. It appears, to me as an Air Force guy, to the the Marine Drill Team. Note the stock modifications. Enjoy, and thanks to Mark for his pictures of the day.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Nice pair!! One straight from Anniston/DCM and the other is a CMP icon

barrel and receiver custom by DGR. Can you tell the difference??

DGR's on the left, the white lettering gives it away...both nice rifles.

I also say DGR on the left. Metal appears more uniform in color and the sling swivels look to be freshly parked.

ETA: Both very fine looking rifles, by the way.
