    WWI shell case I.D.

Gents I've picked up a 1917 Germanicon (field gun?) case. I would like to identify what type of gun would use it if possible. Here's a few pictures, with dimensions. Also one next to a Frenchicon 75mm case (on the right) and a Britishicon 18lb case (possibly trimmed)

Thanks in advance for any info!
    Shaun.
