Bren semi-auto receiver rewelding

Hi, I'm interested in building a semi-auto Bren as a project gun, and I'm looking for someone to reweld a cut receiver and make the required semi-auto modifications to the internal components. However, everyone I've talked to either only does complete guns, is no longer building Bren receivers, or has a questionable reputation. Can anyone recommend a Type 07 FFL who does this sort of work?
