1939 Tula 91/30, double SA mark.

Picked up this 'Finned' 1939 Tula yesterday..double SA marks, the oft discussed '41' mark, and what appears to be an early solid 'dragoon' front barrel band.
I've seen quite a few double SA Mosins. However, I have never seen an Izhevsk Finn with the '41' mark, only the Tula. Anyone ever seen a '41' marked Izhevsk?
I know there's been quite a bit of debate regarding that mark, and I tend to lean towards the theory that rifles taken during the Continuation War received the 41, but why (if that's the case) only Tula? Certainly there has to be a 41 marked Izhevsk??

Anzac15: here's my '41 marked Izhevsk Upgraded Dragoon. This one was built on an older receiver and, hence, has both Imperial and Sovieticon stamps. people I've discussed it with suspect the modifications (rear sight) were done in the Soviet Union prior to capture by the Finns.

Thanks for showing me...I really was beginning to think the Tulas were the only ones marked with the 41.
This mark gets a lot of discussion..anyone agree with a particular theory?
