I see two things: the flag arm band should not cover the rank and the private stripe should not be on the pocket cover
The pony tail is ah a bit inauthentic. Mohawk yes PT no.
I have to admit the ponytail is what immediately caught my attention. What you can't see is the Beard which while not long is rather heavy but still beyond what might be had in combat. The other things are a bit beyond my expertise but the flags don't look right and neither does some of the equipment they are wearing.
During the exercise Strong Resolve ‘95, I saw a lot of ponytails among the Norwegian reservists

The flag arm band is backwards too. Believe there was a minimum height requirement too. And there's no division patch.

The 101st Abn Regiments used the playing card symbols on their helmets and they don't have the correct para chin straps.
