Post occupation dou. 45 K98 prices?

There is a nice example on another forum that I am interested in. Definitely not a war time rifle but a very nice K98 none the less.
I am not familiar with the prices on the post occupation rifles though. I'm not cheap I just want to know if the value is about right.
Ballpark?
