14 Regiment Bersaglieri during WWI

I know this isn't rifle related but I recently found some information on my great grandfather. He served in the Italian Army during World War One. The only thing I can find is that he served in the 14th Regiment of Bersaglieri under General Pecori Giraldi of the First Army Corp. I know he served in Northern Italy and some interesting war stories he passed down but that is it. I know there are some members from Italy here or are very knowledgeable on Italian military history. Its hard getting info compared to the USA which was easy to get my grandfather's military records. Any info would be helpful or some push in the right direction. Thank you!
