Help Appraising Inland M1 Carbine Stamped "General Motors" More Info And Value Needed

I am brand new to this site so if I didn’t post in the correct forum please let me know. I am needing some help Identifying my Inland M1icon Carbine. I know very little about these rifles and the research I have done has left me with little information. I bought this rifle off a coworker who does construction on the side and received it as partial payment for a job he completed for an older gentleman. It came with the 4 magazines pictured all of which were full of ammo. I brought it home and ran a patch down the bore and cleaned it up and lubed it a little, took it outside and shot it 3 times. It seemed to function properly and seemed to feed well. Looking down the bore the rifling seems to be very good and over all the rifle is in decent condition. Here are all the details I have gathered: Inland 9-43 M1 Carbine .30, it is stamped “General Motors” and “Blue Sky” down the side of the barrel. The barrel band is stamped “AI” the magazine release button is stamped “M” the serial number is 7 digits long. That is pretty much it. Any help on properly identifying it would be greatly appreciated. I am not interested in keeping it as I am not into collecting these kind of old military weapons. More importantly I would like to know what is it worth and what would be a good price to sell it at where it would be fair and that I wouldn’t have to wait months to sell? Also where could I list it at? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank You.

Nice rifle. Blue Sky import mark reduces value. Inland was the most common manufacturer Carbine prices are all over the map and a lot has to do with the number available on the secondary market where you are. I would guess $700 ish
