Voicemail? Really?

I keep on getting a popup about leaving a voicemail (of all things) for forum technical support. Of all the ways on the planet to communicate, voicemail comes in dead last as a desirable communications method - is this legitimate?

I'd rather hand carve a message in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics than utilize voicemail!

I think its a good idea to be able to talk to the tech's about things rather than spend yonks typing out ones dilemma......

I've got an older version of FF (50?) and the Ad-blocker for that version can block it from popping out. That amazing version of Ad-blocker is my main reason for not upgrading past 50!
