    M1 Raffle I Won.

Springfield receiver and all new WWII internal parts. New SA 1-55 barrel.
Stock and sling are the only replacement items. DCM hard case.
Garandicon manual, 10 enbloc clips, and a new sling.

I zeroed it in at 100 and pounded a 6 inch steel.
    Then my talent ran out.
    Best spent $20

Awesome! I enter those raffles every time I see them. You give me hope!
What organization was the raffle for? M1icon for Vets or anything like that?

Marine Corps League. They do charity work.
Instead of the rifle I could have taken $500.

I won a M1icon from the Marine League in Toledo in the ninety's. My friend at SMSC "forced" me to buy a ticket, but it turned out just fine!
I think you got the prettier one though.

I haven't won anything in a raffle yet. But I am waiting for this December to see if I do!
