Attempting to figure value of a 1903 part

I found a nice Pedersen 1903 cut-off and checked the internet in an attempt to figure out the value of this part for either selling or trading. I am unable to find any information and decided to ask on this form as someone should have an estimate ?

    Thanks RCSAttachment 98756Attachment 98757
