Some very nice retro rifles there guys, you should be rightly proud of your builds.

Interesting, mine was one of those. I left mine in keeping of someone that decided it should be his. I had the butt and handguards...did your pistol grip go to Victoria?

It stayed in the GTA.
It was originally from Windsor.

I've been considering, and so far resisting, going down the AR-15 rabbit hole. I'm more drawn historically to the M-16 - M-4 style rifle. It might just be an age thing where I seem to identify more (and enjoy) the WW-2 to cold war era stuff.
Any tips on how how
ease into the whole M-16 world without going broke would be appreciated.
Paul, I would pick the ONE M-16 version you like most ( and I am figuring we are talking “clone” semi auto really, right?, and get that ONE. AR stuff is so cheap (except for the real retro stuff) that it is easy to fall into that rabbit hole. I did.
But if and when I get rid of most, my XM177E1 SBR clone will be my one and only.
