Mystery Cleaning kit???

I noticed this weapon cleaning kit for sale on eBayUK and it's not of a style that I've seen before. The Vendor has listed it as being possibly British but I'm not so sure because there is what could be a maple leaf on the canvas pouch/cover and so I wonder if it's of Canadian origin? I'm not planning to purchase it myself but I am interested to hear exactly what this cleaning kit is intended for.
