Went to the big collector show this weekend in Wilmington Ohio. Was the annual display show. Lots of interesting stuff, but little in the line of carbines. One guy had 8 M1A1s for sale all in the $4500 range. All appeared to be restored and overpriced. A couple of others had M1s that were rebuilds for too high prices, and that was it. Only one guy had any parts and they were all late/post WWII parts. Talk about disappointing. Only 5 stocks too; 2 post WWII M2s and 2 late Inlands and an S'G' with rebuild stamps. Needless to say I didn't find anything for my early Inland. The parts market sure has dried up!Information
