Remington 03-A3

Picked this up at the gun show last weekend. Don't know much about them, so could use some opinions if it looks original. Haven't pulled it out of the stock, but everything external has an R stamp. Receiver and 2 groove barrel both date to 11-43. All I've done to it is pull the front sight protector off due to lack of clearance between it and top of sight, and cleaned the bore to a mirror shine. Looks to me like Ogden re-parked the hand guard clips, barrel bands, trigger guard, and butt plate, then put it on a rack. Thanks for any help.
