CMP Dutch M1 - Winchester Barrel on 1941 Springfield M1

I recently received a Springfield M1 205XXX from the CMP. I am extremely happy with it.

I did have a question about the barrel. It appears to be a Winchester barrel (faintly marked) with no date. Also, the tag that came with the gun says "DUTCH".

Am I correct in saying the Winchester barrel is a WWII barrel, and may be a field armorer replacement? Is there any way to date Winchester barrels?

Other neat things about the gun:
GI Wood that matches in color and finish
Receiver Park appears to be original
Old blue tooth brush in the butt trap
Milled Trigger Guard

I'm very excited about this rifle. Also, does anyone have anything to say about Dutch M1's?
