Resniper Mosin PE

I have a Mosin PE Ex-sniper, Finn Capture that I want to re sniper. The top mount thread holes are still present and I want to complete it with my Ukrainian mount and PE scope. Any smiths that you would recommend to do the work? I don't trust myself on this one.
