    SVT40 barrel help!

Does anyone have or know where I can find dimensional drawings for the SVT40 barrel?

I'm having some made by Armalon here in the UKicon and apart from dismantling the rifle I've got, without a drawing or an example I can't get a price!

    Any assistance gratefully received!

    Thanks in advance

I know that some SVT 40 barrels were made in Canadaicon in 303 Britishicon caliber for a sporterized version, maybe
some in Canada could help ?

I think that I was wrong on these barrels as they may have been converted to 303 Cal
    from the original barrel?

They were converted using No. 1 Mk. 3 Lee Enfield barrels post WWII (they were plentiful at the time, just like the surplus ammo and all the other goodies were). The conversions to .303 Britishicon were pretty poorly done, especially since they decided to drill for the gas port very close to the chamber instead of towards the end of the barrel.

Very interesting tangent guys, many thanks, but doesn't actually answer my problem, which is trying to find dimensional drawings for the SVT40 barrel. Even a sketch would do, so long as it had the correct dimensions!
