    rebuild stamp identification ?

    I found this among some old papers from around 2005, can anyone identify this rebuild stamp and the time period ?

    I did find some additional information: This stamp has been found on late WW1 or early post WW1 stocks including a Mark 1 stock

    Appears to be an unknown inspectors mark from the 1918-1920 period.
