    Finn m-39

    Hi
    I just picked up a Finn m-39 . its has a hex receiver Sky marking SA in box 1944 , barrel and receiver match , mag has non matching numbers .. What else can you tell me about it ? I already have a mod 35 bayo ,will it be correct? Also value ?

    M35 bayonet is correct but it should be marked SKy to be the best match. Value depends a lot on condition so photos needed.

    You may also want to check the round knob on the bolt handle. I know that mine has a 3 digit number matching the last 3 numbers of the serial number on the receiver/barrel. Neither the butt plate or magazine on my M39 have any serial numbers. I don't know if M39 butt plates or magazines were serial numbered.

    It is a crap shoot really, one of my M39 magazine is numbered and another M39 magazine is not.

    Mine has a four digit number, matching the number on barrel and receiver. The number of the bolt is barred.
