My knowledge is limited, but i believe those are called ATF mauser. the logo is the crest means something like ankara military factory. Those were the last batch of mausers the turks converted in the 1950s. I believe those were made from ww1 turk 98s and locally made parts to fit the loose 98k- kinda sorta standard they had. Turk mausers are like brazilian made volkswagen buses, the back half is a 1966 and the front is a 1971.

ATF = Ankara Tüfek Fabrikas = Ankara Rifle Factory
Tüfek appears to be the modern Turkish word for a rifle. In the literature, the word Tufenk is commonlly used for the old Ottoman long guns.
