US Navy Ithaca 1911a1 SRS please, shipping information

I have a new to me Ithaca 1911a1 that was shipped to the Navy in late 44. Does anyone have a copy of the shipping record with this serial number on it? I would appreciate any help or information you can give me.

The serial number is 2090765

It is in really good shape with an F marked barrel.

If you have ever seen copies of the Ithaca shipping records? They are often not in order, torn, browned, rags in many cases. It can take days or more to find something or to never find it. I do not even use my copy. Glad you got what you needed.
