Brain Dick has a certain 'ring to it'.
Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...

As soon as the local range opens I will test it and two other rifles the quarantine forced me to add. A nice 1947 #5 and a 1942 No1 MkIII BSA.

This #4T was missing 4" of barrel but had it's original numbered under the receiver socket butt stock. and hardware mostly came out of my boxes of junk.

I had a like new barrel I picked up in the late 1990s fitted up and I have a case HXP causing an itch.

Picking these up next week both with bayonets and scabbards.

All three should make a good range day.
