Good evening:
I was going through my gun room, wondering what the Canadianicon government is going to add to its daily ever expanding ban list next, and found this holster I have had for several years. It is quite well made, appears likely early 20th Century , nicely embossed and with an unusual metal fastening system I have not seen before. It has two proofs on it which look to me to be Austrian Eagles, although for some reason I wonder if it could be Italianicon. It does not look large enough to house a Roth Steyr although I sold mine a few years back so can't test it to be sure. The angles seem wrong and so does the size for a Steyr 1911. Maybe a Browning of some sort? Anyone see anything like this before?

Thanks!

Ed
