Early Inland carbine with Saginaw SG barrel

I have found a early six digit inland for sale with what appears to be early features. It has a barrel marked General Motors Saginaw SG. It is not import marked. Is this an uncommon rifle? Photos of the rifle are below. Please share your opinions on this rifle. Does it look original?

It does appear blued but I found this one and it also appears to be blued
