Gil, you are showing your age.
If you were a young buck, after looking at Ursula, you would not have noticed the other bits.

BLUE MAX
Always enjoyed the triplanes in that 1966 movie.
My photo shows the Von Richthofen triplane shortly after landing.
Recent information seems to indicate he was shot by Australian ground troops
with a Lewis m/gAttachment 110491

Lone Aussie rifleman claimed it, and I think was awarded the claim.

The trick for this group would be a photo of late 1960's Ursula holding an SMLE......

It was filmed entirely in Eire, so all the extras were serving Irish Army, and they had shed loads of Lee-Enfields over there at the time........I doubt there were many G98's in Eire in the mid 60's.
George Peppard got his pilots licence for the film and actually flew quite a bit of the flying himself...
One of my favourite films, despite all the mistakes, and also not just for Ursula Undressed

What makes me smirk watching movies is when they are shooting with smokeless powder before it was invented or using cartridge guns before there time . I try to educate my wife about this stuff but she tells me to shut up and just watch the movie . One more . When the calvary troopers are using Winchester lever guns instead of trapdoors or spencers . A few did have lever guns but not many . Got to go my wife told me to shut up !!!

I know that feeling...
Or everyone using 1873 SAA's when the setting is supposed to be just after the end of the Civil War.

Geeram,
I noticed she must have had Velcro or double sided tape holding the towel on..............spoil sports. Where are these Military historians when you want them???
