I buy ammo whenever the price is too good to pass on, regardless if I need it or not, and my shelves are brimming for now. I'm thinking an election year is a poor time to buy ammo or guns...

I work part time at a local gun shop in Nor-Cal. We have literally no handguns except a few collectables. We have no semi auto rifles of any kind on the shelf, not even 22s. Whatever we get in from a consignment or occasional luck of the draw from a wholesaler is gone within hours. Ammunition is the same thing. No 223 or 5.56, 9mm, no 40 or 45, and n o .36 special. It is madness. I was fortunate to be working when 300 Black Out ammo came in. I got 1/3, another regular got 1/3, and 1/3 went on the shelf.
"3 million first time buyer purchase guns" to bad no one told them to vote r and save there guns that would have flipped cali.
