New 1903A3 owner With ammo questions

I got a new to me 1903A3 with Criterion barrel. This is the first .30-06 I’ve owned.
Since I live in crappy California, ammo especially today hard to come by. Anyway, I picked up some Talon ammo. I found some Greek HXP. What is the opinion of HXP in 1903’s .

HXP is great ammo, but some years/lots are reported as tight to chamber in the bolt guns.
Try before you buy would be prudent.

Same experience with the HXP. I have shot Talon from around 2000 era and it was accurate in my A3. The brass is great quality LC.

In my opinion, HXP is dirty and some lots are "hot" making extraction a little hard in some bolt actions. Your results may vary.

The time I had a lot of HXP was many years ago but I found it to be a high pressure causing exactly that. I never went back to it.

Another no vote for HXP. Extraction from my 03A1 was problematic to put it mildly. I'm lucky that I stockpiled all that Greek ball when I was shooting Garands alot. Tons of it going around the gun shows up here in NOCAL. Still see it too, though I haven't priced it lately. I'll never need more so here's no point?
I have a lot more experience than expertise, still have both eyes and most of my fingers though.
