I ain't the only one Bill, I'll bet the bore is about perfect, some older ones were ratty but most .22 are good. He's right, I'd take that gun right now without hesitation just for a user.

The .22 bullets are outside lubricated, meaning rust in the bore can only be from neglect and water, if at all. Probably only dirty with cupboard dust clinging to the lube inside. I'd take the .22 over the larger calibres.

I'll give the shop a call on Tuesday when they open back-up and have him hold it for me.. You guys are a bad influence...
