I never knew Lithgowicon made a No.4 Mk1 must be the only one in captivity!

    Calibre/Item: 303
    Make: Lithgow
    Model: No4 Mk1
    Action: Bolt
    Scope: Original open sights
    Serial No: C26692
    Condition: Excellent
    Price: $1200
    Advertised: 11/03/2021
    Licence number: 1036526
    Phone: 0419357336
Comment: All matching numbers - bolt, receiver, magazine, barrel, nose clasp. Also have original rear butt. Bluing is outstanding, and the barrel is excellent. More photos can be provided on request.

    Love to see it...at $1200, it's more affordable than a "T".

Can someone enlighten me to what a noise clasp is? Might they mean nose cap? In which cause it would be a No 1 variant.
    Something fishy going on.

Most exited to broaden my knowledge here, fancy Skennertonicon missing this one under his nose so to speak.

A translation from OZZ to English ?
Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...

Nose clasp = attachment worn on ones nosed where atmospheric disturbances created by certain human movements deplete the ozone layer and emit a smelly nauseous gas..........

  12. Thank You to CINDERS For This Useful Post:

One day (I suppose I should use April the 1st?) I'll use a No. 4 receiver, cut off the receiver ring and weld a Lithgowicon receiver ring, make up a new account here and post as a newbie if anyone can tell me on what I have ....
