Need Help IDing What Type Carcano

I am a newbie to Carcanos. This one just popped up on an auction but I cannot type it. I think there is a missing part on the fore end stock. Any help identifying the type and possible missing parts would be appreciated. It is advertised as a Fucile 1891 in 6.5x52mm caliber. Thank you!

It looks like it began life as a 1891 Fucile (M91 Long Rifle) but was cut down at some point to make a typical “sporter”. It is missing the nose piece/bayonet lug and cleaning rod, as well as the parts of the barrel and stock that were cut off. I have attached a picture of a complete M91 Long Rifle (along with a M91TS) for comparison.

Thank you sir, that makes complete sense! That means I won't bid on it and can apply that money to something else. Thank you for helping me avoid it!
