Scope Case No. 8 Mk 2

Greetings All

I cannot remember if this has been covered in the past, but I am just trying to complete my records.

From what I have observed there were three British and one Canadian manufacturer of the Mk 2 scope case.

F Ltd
L & JW Ltd
O.W & Co. Ltd
REL

Besides REL, has anyone figured out who the other manufacturers are? Peter also mentions that there were other manufacturers of the Mk 2 in his Armour's Perspective but I have never even seen any besides the ones above. Does anyone have knowledge on other makers?

Finally (since I have nothing better to do), I went through my records I have data on 87 Mk 2 British cases in private hands. For those who are interested, production/rareness from my data pool.
F Ltd = 64.4%
L & JW Ltd = 25.3%
O. W & Co. Ltd = 10.3%
