How about a carbine mag exchange?

I was just going through all of my 15 rd. carbine mags and sorting them by markings and was thinking it would be nice if we could trade our extras here. It could go on the Want to Buy/Sell forums, but then it would be lost quickly. Maybe on the Carbine forum we could keep it going for awhile. I don't know if there is something similar for guns whose mags are ser. #ed to the guns (like Lugers), but it would be a good project for someone! When going through mine, I found a lot of AI (line above and below), AI (underlined) and IA, but no SY-I, TI, SI, or LI and the same for other makers. Wouldn't it be nice if we could trade our extras with each other instead of trying to sell them on Gunbroker (or trying to sneak them on eBay)?! I also have extra K.I., IS, SS, U, RUGG etc. Any interest?

Rob is on to something here.
It would be nice to have our own Carbine/accessories swap page.

Forgot to mention that I also have a bunch of like new O-IB (IBM) mags plus the AI, IA, SS, IS, BW, U, RUGG, K.I. etc. I could use SY-I, TI, SI, LI, TR, UR, R-G, R-SS, SQ, Q, OI-Q, K-SG, U-G, WEP, IN, B, S-C, SK, SO, C, plus any of the IP or S'G' mags. I could send more for the rarer mags or WWII .45 mags - maybe 3 for 2.

I'm serious about finding an IN mag. If either of you guys are willing to part with one, email me at jimb16@hotmail.com and lets talk.
