Hilux/Leatherwood Competition Unertl Mounts

I did not see a posting about these - hope I am not being redundant.

Hilux/Leatherwood apparently is listening to their customer base and brought out an upgraded set of Unertl style rings for the 8X USMC scope, with some reported improvements to the scope as well calling the new scope and rings "Gen II". I got a set of the rings and they are excellent. I would rate the new Leatherwood Micrometer BETTER than the original USMC Unertl micrometer - and I have one of each. Give them a look here:

There are also YouTube videos on the new setup. I have no financial interest in Hilux/Leatherwood, but think people who support our hobby deserve patronage.
As I noted elsewhere - if you want either, don't tarry - tensions with China are on the increase due to Covid revelations and Taiwan, and the Biden Administration could prohibit the import of "weapons items" at any time, just, well, because.... CC
